History of Fairfield Glade
Fairfield Glade was created to offer a resort-living environment. Also, in 2011, voted one of the “Fifty Best Planned Master Communities in the US” by Where to Retire Magazine. Located on 12,000 acres on the Cumberland Plateau. This is the highest point between the Rocky and the Great Smoky Mountains. This Tennessee golf community is in central Tennessee. It offers five championship courses in the heart of Tennessee golf country. A well-established, 40-year old development. Fairfield Glade has a mixture of older and newer homes and many on-site emergency services and conveniences. There is a distinct difference in the appearance and design of the original homes of Fairfield Glade. This is compared to the new homes constructed in the community in recent years and many views from which to choose.
Gwin Realty has been serving Fairfield Glade and the surrounding area since 1986. In fact, ours was the first real estate office with the foresight and vision to establish a presence on Peavine Road. Gwin’s company values and dedication to excellence spurred our growth as an independent real estate agency. Also, it propelled us to become Cumberland County’s largest property management firm. Our standards are second to none. We manage over 100 units, homes, and vacation rental properties. Now known as Fairfield Glade Rentals, we accommodate thousands of golfers. Also, vacationing families, and people just “trying out” our area every year. We want to help clients make the most of their Fairfield Glade experience. So, we eventually began to offer customized vacations. Our very successful golf package company, Tennessee Mountain Golf, was born.
