Thirty two years ago, Frances Gwin (my mother) opened the first real estate office on Peavine Road to serve customers coming to the beautiful Cumberland Plateau. In 1986, I purchased the business from her and continued in the tradition of exceptional service and high ideals. As broker owner, I was very excited to be approached by Better Homes and Gardens to partner with them in 2017. They provide us with all the tools and training we need to be at the forefront of our industry. As the managing broker, I am excited to propel both the Better Homes and Gardens and the Gwin brands to be a leader in our community.
