Three Generations
Yes, our office is unique.
Gwin Realty has been serving Fairfield Glade and the surrounding area since 1986. In fact, ours was the first real estate office with the foresight and vision to establish a presence on Peavine Road. Gwin’s company values and dedication to excellence spurred our growth as an independent real estate agency. Also, it propelled us to become Cumberland County’s largest property management firm. Our standards are second to none. We manage over 100 units, homes, and vacation rental properties. Now known as Fairfield Glade Rentals, we accommodate thousands of golfers. Also, vacationing families, and people just “trying out” our area every year. We want to help clients make the most of their Fairfield Glade experience. So, we eventually began to offer customized vacations. Our very successful golf package company, Tennessee Mountain Golf, was born.
We continued to expand and to better serve our clients’ growing needs. In 2018 we partnered with the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Brand. We may have a new look and a new sign may be standing in front of our building. But, we are still the same great people providing the same outstanding service that you have come to expect from Gwin. You still will find us at the same location here on Peavine Road. This is where we have been serving this community for over 30 years. Let us know how we can help you!
